Guided Meditations
Meditation is an essential practice on the spiritual path, providing the foundation for witnessing ourselves as the truth of who we are. Yet it’s not something we’re taught to do in our culture and it’s something we must practice.
My intention is to hold a space where you can experience yourself as living spiritual energy. Being guided offers an atmosphere of centeredness so you can relax into the practice, removing the extra layer of struggle around what you think you’re supposed to be doing in a meditation.
Utilizing the breath as a vehicle that takes us into our bodies, we ground our awareness in our earthly experience before expanding into the more subtle energies of thought and greater perception. Rather than fighting the mind, we engage it in our practice, including all of ourselves in the process.
From this expanded perspective, we’ll explore the elements, our personal patterns, and be visited by archetypal and spiritual guides. Finish your practice feeling refreshed, grounded, and expansive.
